Will my customers know they’re talking to AI?
Yes — your AI agent introduces itself by your business name and discloses it’s an AI assistant in the first sentence. Canadian one-party-consent rules cover the recording side; the upfront disclosure is for the caller’s benefit.
What if the AI books the wrong time?
Every booking is text-confirmed to the customer. If something looks wrong, you tap Reschedule in the app and a corrected SMS goes out. We’re binding $2M errors-and-omissions coverage with NFP Canada before we accept any paid customer — that’s a hard prerequisite, not a marketing line.
Do I have to change my business phone number?
No. Keep your existing number. We give you a forwarding code (Bell, Rogers, Telus, MTS, Freedom each get specific instructions in the wizard). Calls land on your AI agent, which answers as your business.
Where is my customer data stored?
Your contacts, conversations, and customer info live in Canadian data centres (Montreal). The voice-AI calls run on US servers, but recordings get copied back to Canada within 60 seconds. Full residency disclosure on the trust page.
How fast is setup, really?
8–15 minutes for the wizard if you have a Canadian phone number to forward and a Google or Outlook calendar. SMS and WhatsApp can take longer due to carrier and Meta verification — they go live in the background while you start using voice.
